Sarah is a phenomenal massage therapist. Every visit is calming and relaxing and she is very attentive to what your body needs. What puts Sarah into an elite tier is her demeanor, passion for her craft, and expansive knowledge of massage, anatomy, and athletic movement. Sarah is great at finding the tense spots and working them out. I always leave Muscle Alchemy feeling better, both physically and emotionally.
I have been going to Sarah for over 5 years. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder blade and she is able to work out the tight muscles and give me pain relief longer than anything else I try. She also provided incredible pressure relief and relaxation during my pregnancy up until my due date. Sarah is a miracle worker in many ways. The atmosphere is soothing and calming and I always leave feeling completely relaxed.
I have had some significant health problems related to my service in the military during the first gulf war. Sarah has seen me through many stages of physical medicine and rehabilitation to include post surgical care and collaborating with my physical therapist. My primary care provider considers her an intricate part of my health care team.
Sarah has a true gift! She's helped me recover from an injury and strengthen myself to prevent an injury happening in the future. Her skills are truly astonishing!
Unique combination of PT knowledge, practical athletic and athletic training experience, and a wide variety of therapeutic techniques makes Muscle Alchemy my go-to choice for massage.
Amazing skills, techniques, and hands of magic. I didn't even know it was possible to feel this good. Highly recommend getting a massage!
Street parking is 2 hour metered during the week until 6pm, 2 hour unmetered on Saturdays, and unregulated on Sundays. There is a parking ramp on the corner of Water & Chicago Streets (entrance on Chicago) and another on Milwaukee Street between Chicago and Buffalo.
If you are unfamiliar with the area, give yourself a few extra minutes and use Google maps walking feature to lead you directly to the front door.
When you arrive, walk up the ramp to the lobby. The stairs are to the left and the elevator is to the right. Please text me if you would like to use the elevator for any reason. It is a freight elevator and requires an operator. During the evenings and weekends the stairwell door may be locked as well. Please text me in this case as well.
