If you are unfamiliar with the area, give yourself a few  extra minutes and use Google maps walking feature to lead you directly to the front door. 

Street parking is 2 hour metered during the week until 6pm, 2 hour unmetered on Saturdays, and unregulated on Sundays. There is a parking ramp on the corner of Water & Chicago Streets (entrance on Chicago) and another on Milwaukee Street between Chicago and Buffalo.

When you arrive, walk up the ramp to the lobby. The stairs are to the left and the elevator is to the right. The Muscle Alchemy studio is located on the third floor, all the way at the end of the hall. 

During the evenings and weekends the stairwell door may be locked; please text me (414.391.7370) and I’ll let you in. 

Please text me (414.391.7370) if you would like to use the elevator for any reason. It is a freight elevator and requires an operator. It’s no trouble at all for Pacha and I to come down to the lobby and ride up with you.
