Individualized Massage
Every massage is personalized to the client’s needs, wants, and health information; in general, and for each appointment.
Therapeutic Massage
Basic, yet customized, therapeutic massage based in Swedish techniques while incorporating a bit of other modalities. My personal style is slow, engaged, thoughtful, and intuitive; considerate with my hand placement, the pressure applied, the direction of pressure, and the duration of pressure.
Massages ranging from 1 hour to 3 hours in 30 minute increments.
Myofascial Release
Fascia: connective tissue surrounding and holding our organs, vessels, bones, nerves, and muscles in place. Myofascial techniques address the adhesions, scars, and patterns within the fascia that affect our pain, posture, chronic muscle tension, movement, and function. I use a combination of techniques and tools for each myofascial session.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated stones are both placed on the body and used as dynamic tools to deepen relaxation and comfort.
Sports Massage
Techniques to support preparation for an athletic event or recovery from an athletic event. I utilize a variety of massage modalities and techniques from my athletic training education to optimize performance and recovery.
Fasciablaster Treatment
Fasciablaster tools are used to treat the fascia with the potential goals of pain relief, posture improvement, cellulite reduction, or body contouring.

Rooftop Massage
Golden hour into evening rooftop massages are now available as a seasonal offering. 1 to 3 hour appointments available.
Agua frescas and lights refreshments can be available. Robes up to (savagexfenty) 3x provided. Spa sandals available up to a men’s 14.
Currently, these appointments must be scheduled by text (414.391.7370) and require a deposit. Rates: $150/hour noon-10pm.
This offering can also be a couple’s massage.
Couple’s Massage
A lovely date night where you choose the length of the massage, choose upgrades including hot stones, sauna, infused oils, charcuterie/patisserie boards. Must schedule via text (414.391.7370) and prepayment required.

Infrared Sauna
Book as a stand-alone, before a massage of your choosing, or as part of a combination service listed on the online scheduler menu.
Towels, robes, spa sandals up to a men’s size 14, and filtered water provided. Please arrive clean, and after your sauna wipe the excess sweat off prior to your massage.
