Sarah is a phenomenal massage therapist. Every visit is calming and relaxing and she is very attentive to what your body needs. What puts Sarah into an elite tier is her demeanor, passion for her craft, and expansive knowledge of massage, anatomy, and athletic movement. Sarah is great at finding the tense spots and working them out. I always leave Muscle Alchemy feeling better, both physically and emotionally.

I have been going to Sarah for over 5 years. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder blade and she is able to work out the tight muscles and give me pain relief longer than anything else I try. She also provided incredible pressure relief and relaxation during my pregnancy up until my due date. Sarah is a miracle worker in many ways. The atmosphere is soothing and calming and I always leave feeling completely relaxed.

I have had some significant health problems related to my service in the military during the first gulf war. Sarah has seen me through many stages of physical medicine and rehabilitation to include post surgical care and collaborating with my physical therapist. My primary care provider considers her an intricate part of my health care team.
